1. Pre-Inspection

During the walk-through inspection of your home, the technician will use a variety of tools, including a black light and moisture sensor as well as a fiber ID test, to examine and document the areas of concern.

2. Dry Soil Removal

Dry soil is thoroughly removed using a commercial grade vacuum.

3. Furniture Moving

Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items so that we can clean without obstructions. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces can be moved at an additional cost.

4. Pre-Spray

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

5. Pre-Spot

Difficult spots are pre-treated with special cleaning solvents to increase their chances of removal.

6. Pre-Grooming/Agitation

After application the pre-conditioner is agitated with a counter rotating brush that digs deep into the fibers to loosen, capture, and suspend the carpet soiling.

7. Soil Extraction and Rinse

The carpet is then rinsed using our hot water extraction system.

8. Neutralizer

Every carpet that we clean is treated with a pH balancing neutralizer to eliminate any sticky residue, leaving nothing behind but a carpet so soft and clean, it looks brand new.

9. Post Spot

Any remaining spots or stains will get extra treatment with our speciality spot-removing solutions.

10. Post Groom

The carpet is groomed thoroughly to allow it to dry faster and in the right position.

11. Speed Dry

High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.

12. Post Cleaning Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home to ensure a quality job before showing you the results.
