Our Hardwood Floor Cleaning Process

Pre-Inspection

Our technicians will first take a closer look at your hardwood floor, by cleaning any visible dirt and dust. Pre-inspection helps us see the specific issues hounding your floor and the appropriate steps needed to address them.

Area Preparation

All movable furniture will be transferred. Our technicians will move them temporarily to avoid any accidents and obstructions.

Dry Soil Removal

Dry soil and other loose debris are removed using our powerful vacuum. Removing dry soil is crucial in attaining the best possible results from our cleaning process.

Basic Cleaning (Level 1)

If our evaluation shows that your hardwood floor only needs some waxing and polishing, the technicians will proceed with our Level 1 cleaning.

Restorative Cleaning (Level 2)

Sometimes, the flooring may have dirt and grime that are too hard to remove through vacuuming. In such cases, the technicians will perform Level 2 cleaning. A powerful but eco-friendly cleaning solution is applied to loosen the accumulated dirt before using our state-of-the-art machine to agitate the embedded dirt and grime, loosening them up for easy removal.

Drying

We allow the floor to dry between one to four hours, depending on how much hardwood flooring there is. We can also touch up the stain of your hardwood floors if needed.
